Job Description

Patient Access Specialist

📍 Location: Onsite in Arizona (No remote options)

💵 Pay: $21/hour

📅 Start Date: December 8, 2025

🔗 Type: Temp-to-Hire (Potential for permanent role based on performance & attendance)

Shift Details

  • Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM AZ time (or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM during DST )
  • Candidates must be fully available for both timeframes as shifts adjust with Daylight Savings.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform accurate data entry for patient accounts and cases
  • Update account information from medical billers
  • Provide customer service support for overflow tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , email, and web-based applications
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and customer service skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

  • Working with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of challenges associated with patients’ medical conditions
