Now Hiring: Parts Manager – Automotive Dealership Location: Springfield Dealership: Springfield Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Employment Type: Full-Time Our dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of dealership parts operations, and experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, including inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and obsolescence management
Manage, train, and motivate parts department staff to achieve departmental goals
Maintain accurate inventory levels to support service, sales, and wholesale operations
Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and safety procedures
Analyze sales and inventory reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely ordering and receipt of parts

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership
Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) parts systems, catalogs, and OEM processes strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory management and dealership DMS software
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Valid driver’s license
