Job Type : Part-time
Schedule: M-F 3pm-8:30pm
Pay : From: $17.00 per hour + weekly production bonus
Work Location: Clarence, NY
Responsibilities
- Repair or build wooden pallets
- Use of hand tools & nail gun
- Pallet quality control (QC)
- Meet daily work requirements for assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure job safety.
- Prioritize personal and equipment safety at all times.
- Conduct pre-startup equipment checks and promptly report any issues to the Maintenance Department or General Manager.
Requirements
- Prior experience in pallet repair or building is highly preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility or a similar setting is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial, particularly the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
- Proficiency in safely and effectively using hand tools and power tools is essential.
- A keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work are important.
- Openness to learning new skills and adapting to evolving production demands is necessary.
- Reliable transportation is essential
