Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Clinical Manager, Home Health to join our partner's team in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in the home
- Supervise field staff
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action as needed
- Support staff with clinical decision-making in the field
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Coordinate care among physicians, facilities, caregivers, and families
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Key Requirements:
- RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- At least two years of field experience in Home Health
- BS degree preferred
- Home Health/Supervisory experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and automobile insurance with availability of a car during working hours
Compensation and Schedule:
- $70,000-$85,000/year, based on experience
- Full-time, 8am-4:30pm
- On-Call rotation
