As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Marketplace Specialist with expertise in Amazon Seller Central to help drive the growth of our eCommerce operations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring account health, managing customer feedback, optimizing product catalogs, creating new listings, and handling case management. This role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of Amazon's platform, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the health of our Amazon Seller Central account, including tracking performance metrics and addressing any account issues promptly.
  • Regularly monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and positive seller ratings.
  • Assist in optimizing product listings for better visibility, search ranking, and conversion. This includes improving product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Create and optimize new product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements for accurate and compelling presentations.
  • Manage Amazon cases, resolving issues related to account health, product listings, and order fulfillment, and working with Amazon support to resolve problems effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, handling issues related to orders, returns, and refunds, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create, manage, and coordinate FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments, ensuring products are correctly prepared, shipped to Amazon warehouses, and tracked efficiently.
  • Use Amazon’s various reports (inventory health, sales performance, advertising reports, etc.) to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously review and improve operational processes, product listings, and sales strategies to drive performance on the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including knowledge of account health, catalog management, and customer feedback processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to customer feedback professionally.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Amazon's FBA and FBM programs.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to drive performance improvement.
