About our search

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Lead to join our client’s team -who is the leading accelerator for crypto founders- to own and execute our client's brand and marketing strategy.

What are we looking for?

• You understand the culture, memes, market cycles, and language of crypto world.
• Proven marketing experience in a leading crypto protocol, fund, VC firm, or top-tier tech company.
• Able to speak authentically to founders and Gen Z audiences alike.
• Strong command of X (Twitter), but with a vision beyond the echo chamber.
• High agency, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive — you move fast, learn fast, and build fast.
• Hands-on executor mindset.
• Comfort with modern AI tools to boost speed and productivity.
• Strong network in NYC’s creative scene (video, photography, editing, etc.)

What is good to have?

• Led marketing at a top crypto protocol.
• Previous experience at a tier-1 VC firm.
• Product marketing background at category-defining tech companies (e.g. OpenAI, Stripe, Meta).
• Early team member or founder of a VC-backed startup.

What will you do?

• Own & execute our client's end-to-end marketing strategy, focused on driving founder applications.
• Lead content across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, podcast (Good Game), video , blog posts, and DAO comms.
• Organize and run live events.
• Collaborate with external creators (video/photo/editing) as needed.
• Shape and evolve our client's voice to resonate with crypto-native and Gen Z audiences.
• Launch creative, high-impact campaigns to position our client at the heart of founder culture in NYC and globally.
• Use data and analytics to track and optimize campaign performance.
