Seeking a Marketing Assistant to work for an amazing company! This is a contract role.
Candidate needs to have 3-5 years of experience in marketing (less PR), be ambitious, a great collaborator and very dedicated to the work. Candidate will provide support to the Marketing Manager with preparing marketing materials.
This is temp to possibly perm.
STRONG Excel (including v-lookups) and PPT is a plus. Someone who has experience with CRM systems and is analytical.
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred!
This is on site in NYC midtown 5x a week
Responsibilities:
-Promotions
-Assist with producing guidelines and translations
-Work with the legal department on disclaimers
-Create distro lists for artwork production
-Manage communication with shipment tracking printers
