Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform and lead daily repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry for a 200 unit apartment complex.
• Lead unit turnarounds (make-readies) to ensure apartments are rent-ready.
• Assist in managing preventive maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Work alongside Property Manager to coordinate larger projects and vendor work.
• Respond in a timely manner to work orders and emergency maintenance requests.
• Train and guide junior maintenance staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial properties.
• Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Reliable transportation to Trenton, NJ.
