A well-established and highly respected law firm in Denver is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to handle complex, high-stakes commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial or resolution
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with partners and clients
• Maintain excellent client communication and service

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Colorado
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience handling complex discovery and motion practice
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
