About the company: Our client is seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with construction experience to join a dynamic team in Oakland or the Diablo Valley. The annual minimum billable hours target is approximately 1600.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of litigation experience, with a proven track record of managing cases on their own. Significant experience with construction litigation is essential. Matters include construction and real estate disputes, contract law, and insurance coverage.

Pay range and compensation package: This position provides a competitive compensation range of approximately $180,000.00-$380,000 (depending on experience). There is a lucrative bonus structure for hours billed (by Associates and Counsels) in excess of the minimum. For Partners, total compensation varies depending on working attorney fees and origination fees.
