We're Hiring: Lead Literacy Specialist & Educational Coach

Eardley Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional educator to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in literacy instruction and a passion for empowering both students and fellow educators, we want to hear from you!

Who You Are:

• A reading specialist or experienced educator with deep knowledge of literacy and cognition
• Familiar with standardized assessments, progress monitoring, and student data analysis
• An individual with a professional demeanor and natural leadership drive
• Confident in your ability to coach and mentor fellow educators
• Committed to supporting students with diverse learning profiles, including those with Dyslexia, Autism, and ADHD
• Comfortable integrating executive functioning strategies into instruction
• Passionate about student achievement and helping others succeed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required ; Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Background in evidence-based reading programs such as Lindamood-Bell, Orton-Gillingham, and other structured literacy and multi-sensory approaches
• Proven experience supporting students with learning differences
• Familiarity with cognitive development and intervention best practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based interventions in a one-on-one or small group environment
• Collaborate with area schools to support students with learning challenges
• Communicate consistently and professionally with parents and professionals
• Interpret student assessment data to make instructional decisions
• Participate in instructional leadership meetings for further professional development and collaboration
• Plan and set milestones for student achievements and schedule celebrations for student work
