Graphicolor Printing is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong customer relationships by taking ownership of each interaction.

• Estimate and process print jobs using our software system
• Organize workflow to ensure deadlines are met
• Handle customer inquiries, order changes, and service requests via phone and email
• Communicate effectively with Sales and Production teams to meet customer objectives
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Experience with administrative processes, clerical work, and record management
• General understanding of print layouts, papers, sizes, and print-shop workflow
• General Understanding of direct mail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AI programs a plus
