The Role

If your For You Page is basically your second home and you can clock a trending creator faster than anyone else, we want you on our team.

Adore Me is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who’s ready to do way more than sit on the sidelines. In this role, you’ll partner directly with our Influencer Manager, Organic Social team, and Paid Social team to make influencer campaigns come alive from scouting the next “it” creators to keeping our campaigns organized and driving results.

This is your chance to be in the thick of it: sourcing talent, drafting briefs, organizing trackers, and making sure everything flows from organic vibes to paid performance. Think of this as the Coordinator role in disguise, we just can’t call it that (yet). For the right person, there’s strong potential to grow into a full-time role with us.

What You’ll Do:

Talent Scouting & Acquisition

• Constantly scan TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to find creators who fit Adore Me, from playful UGC partners to paid acquisition stars.
• Share who’s trending and why they matter to our brand, backed with both data (reach, engagement) and instinct.
• Build talent decks and rosters segmented for organic campaigns and paid ads.

Campaign Support

• Partner with organic and paid social teams to draft briefs, align creative, and ensure deliverables are clear and exciting.
• Track deadlines, assets, and approvals across multiple campaigns.
• Help recap campaign performance with organized reporting and insights.

Organization & Systems

• Be the team’s organizational guru — creating trackers, archives, and folders that act as our “one-stop shop” for all things influencer.
• Manage Marketing Orders (MOs), track shipments, and confirm deliveries.
• Keep our influencer database clean, current, and ready to pull from at a moment’s notice.

Events & Activations

• Support influencer activations, showroom pulls, and events — making sure product, logistics, and scheduling are all buttoned up.
• Be hands-on deck during shoots and events to ensure influencers have the best experience possible.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of internship or work experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or communications.
• You live on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and have a sixth sense for spotting the next big creator.
• Organizational excellence — spreadsheets, trackers, and systems are your superpower.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with influencers and their teams.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude and love for fashion, digital culture, and the creator world.
