Industrial Superintendent

Columbus, OH | $110K–$160K base + profit sharing & performance bonuses

An award-winning, Central Ohio-based GC with a strong history in commercial construction is growing its industrial division and looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale jobs in the $50M–$60M range. Current projects include ground-up manufacturing, warehouse, and storage facilities — and this is your chance to step into a leadership role on high-impact builds.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all field operations on assigned projects from mobilization through turnover
• Direct day-to-day work of subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to ensure productivity and quality
• Maintain project schedules, manage site logistics, and coordinate material and equipment deliveries
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with OSHA and site-specific requirements
• Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and inspections to maintain high quality standards
• Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve issues, track progress, and drive project success
• Build strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, and owner reps

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of field leadership experience, including as a Superintendent on ground-up industrial or commercial builds
• Familiarity with large-scale construction practices including steel, precast, tilt-up, and sitework
• Deep understanding of jobsite safety, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Proven success running complex jobs on aggressive schedules with multiple stakeholders involved
• Proficiency with daily reporting tools and construction management software (e.g., Procore)
• OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $110K–$160K base salary based on experience
