We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with a strong command of Procore to join our team and help us bid and win projects with confidence and precision.

Position Summary:

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. Proficiency in Procore is essential, as it will be used daily to manage bid packages, documentation, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Utilize Procore for takeoffs, document management, subcontractor communication, and estimate tracking.
• Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure estimates align with field execution.
• Maintain historical cost data and update pricing databases.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs as needed.
• Ensure estimates are delivered on time and meet internal quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Procore is required .
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and labor costs.
• Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Based in Texas
