Residential HVAC Service Technician:

Location: Richmond, VA.
Full-Time | Residential HVAC | Family-Owned Company.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including:
  • Split System Heat Pumps and A/C Units.
  • Gas Furnaces and Air Handlers.
  • Tank and Tankless Water Heaters.
  • Mini-Splits and Geothermal Systems.
  • (Hydronic Boiler knowledge is a plus).
• Perform high-quality repairs in a timely and profitable manner.
• Maintain an organized, properly stocked service truck.
• Use dispatch software through a mobile app.
• Provide excellent customer service to every client.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Residential HVAC Service Experience.
• Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls.
• Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work safely from ladders for extended periods.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Must have required tools for the job.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
