About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and board-certified Pediatrician to join our dedicated medical team. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents-monitoring development, diagnosing and treating illness, and promoting lifelong health and wellness. This role is vital in delivering patient-centered, high-quality care in a family-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine wellness exams and preventive care for pediatric patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
- Monitor patient growth and development milestones.
- Collaborate with families to create and implement effective care plans.
- Administer vaccinations and educate parents/guardians on immunization schedules.
- Refer patients to pediatric specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, safety, and emotional wellness.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pediatrics.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license.
- Minimum of 2 5 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
