About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and board-certified Pediatrician to join our dedicated medical team. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents-monitoring development, diagnosing and treating illness, and promoting lifelong health and wellness. This role is vital in delivering patient-centered, high-quality care in a family-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine wellness exams and preventive care for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Monitor patient growth and development milestones.
• Collaborate with families to create and implement effective care plans.
• Administer vaccinations and educate parents/guardians on immunization schedules.
• Refer patients to pediatric specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, safety, and emotional wellness.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pediatrics.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum of 2 5 years of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
