Director of Sales The Director of Sales leads the sales department to achieve revenue goals, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals. * Analyze sales data to project revenue, set targets, and identify new markets. * Manage customer relationships by identifying needs and resolving concerns. * Lead and develop the sales team through training and performance evaluations. * Collaborate with executives to establish quotas and sales strategies. * Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. * Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring expenses align with goals. * Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership. Qualifications: * Minimum of three years of proven sales experience, preferably in a leadership role. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Proven leadership abilities and a results-driven approach. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
