• 8-hour day shift
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Every 3rd weekend rotation
• No on-call, call-back, holiday, or floating requirements
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

The Home Hospice Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in a home-based setting across the Central Metro service area. This role requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and prior home health or visiting nurse experience to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to home hospice patients
• Perform wound care, including management of wound vacs
• Provide central line care and IV administration
• Manage PleurX catheters
• Assess patient conditions and document care accurately
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Home Health or Visiting Nurse experience (required)
• Strong skills in:
• Wound care and wound vacs
• Central line care
• PleurX catheters
• IV administration

Additional Information

• COVID-related assignment
• No clinical interview required
• Weekend rotation: every 3rd weekend
