About the Role
The UX / Graphic Designer will lead cross-platform design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and collaborating closely with creative, copywriting, media, and digital teams. This role combines hands-on design execution, creative problem-solving, and production expertise to deliver high-quality, visually compelling work.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Execution
• Develop and execute cross-platform design projects based on brand guidelines or design-led concepts.
• Expand and adapt visual campaign concepts across digital and print channels.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity in all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with creative, copywriting, media, and digital teams to deliver best-in-class design solutions.
• Present and articulate design concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and actively engage with the creative community. Technical Expertise
• Create and refine designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Apply best practices for both print and digital design.
• Motion graphics/video/animation experience (After Effects, Animate, Premiere) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/HTML5 and CSS is beneficial but not required.
Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems.
