We are actively hiring a purpose-driven Functional Medicine Provider —MD, DO, PA, or NP—who is passionate about longevity, proactive health, and deeply personalized medicine. About the Role

As a Functional Medicine Provider, you will lead clinical care for patients seeking lasting transformation—not just short-term fixes. You will be responsible for interpreting advanced lab work, designing protocols for cellular health and aging, and guiding patients through a highly supportive, customized care experience.

You must be licensed in multiple states (or willing to pursue multi-state licensure), as we serve a national patient population via in-person and telemedicine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of functional labs, genetic testing, and diagnostics
• Create individualized treatment plans using the Ageless Future Operating System™, including peptides, supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle, and regenerative therapies
• Guide patient consultations with clarity, compassion, and authority
• Partner with a collaborative team of health coaches, fitness professionals, and care coordinators to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Educate patients to take ownership of their health through a deep understanding of their biology

Skills and Competencies (or Willingness to Develop)

• Deep knowledge (or desire to master) blood chemistry, hormone panels, and longevity biomarkers
• Ability to build robust functional medicine protocols for prevention, performance, and recovery
• Exceptional communication skills for motivating patients and translating complex medical information into actionable plans
• Strong clinical judgment and systems thinking
• Tech savvy and comfortable working in EMRs, Monday.com, GHL, and other digital health platforms

Qualifications

• Active license as MD, DO, PA, or NP
• Licensed in multiple states or committed to acquiring additional state licenses to support a national telehealth model
• Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, integrative health, and patient-centered care
• Willingness to be coached, grow, and practice at the leading edge of medicine
