Role Description

This is a part-full time $18-$24/hr, on-site role for a Front desk. The role is located in San Diego, CA. This position will be responsible for front desk duties along with corresponding with billing team.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist patients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and triage phone calls, emails, and inquires efficiently
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily office flow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with fertility is preferred
• Assist w administrative tasks, including data entry, and correspond w billing and clinical team
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
