As the Supervising Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for supervising dynamic CAD teams and ensure proper delivery along with coordinating, participating and leading meetings with teams, stakeholders and clients. This will include dynamic engagement with clients and stakeholders as well co-ordinating internal and external sub-contractor teams.
THE ROLE:
• Supervising, coordinating, guiding and training CAD teams and projects providing periodic employee evaluations.
• Acting as a main point of contact for clients, being involved with other management members for gathering requirements, requests, budgeting and scheduling accordingly to clients and internal expectations.
• Administrative tasks such as evaluations, reports, RFI responses and preparation with accounts for invoices.
• Hybrid work setup: Monday to Thursday office based and Friday home/ remote based
THE PERSON:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Background in the MEP Engineering Industry
• Experience working in a consulting firm
• CAD/REVIT experience
• Happy to supervise/ manage CAD/REVIT staff
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential
