The Opportunity

Join a young, fast-growing office that’s part of a nationally recognized contractor known for putting its people first. This is a chance to make an immediate impact—building projects, teams, and client relationships in one of the most exciting, high-growth markets in the country.

You’ll work alongside a driven, collaborative team that values innovation, mentorship, and opportunity. This company invests deeply in its people—offering the kind of support, career path, and culture that makes work genuinely rewarding.

If you’re looking to grow your career while helping shape the future of a thriving region, this is where you want to be.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the estimating and project management process from concept through completion.
  • Prepare accurate, detailed bids and proposals ahead of deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to create competitive, realistic estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align budgets and schedules.
  • Solicit and negotiate bids with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee construction progress—ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage project costs, schedules, and profitability from start to finish.
  • Participate in pre- and post-job reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support recruiting, mentoring, and team-building efforts as the office continues to grow.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in estimating or project management within the drywall, acoustical, or metal framing trades (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.
  • Experience using estimating or project management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a growing, people-forward culture.
What We Bring

We believe success happens together —and that means investing in you.

When you join our team, you’re supported by a company that’s committed to helping you grow, develop, and achieve your goals. We offer:

  • A people-first culture built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
  • Growth opportunities within a company expanding rapidly in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.
  • Ongoing training and mentorship to help you sharpen your skills and advance your career.
  • Strong leadership support that listens, encourages, and empowers you to succeed.
  • Competitive compensation, full benefits, and clear paths for advancement.
  • Here, your work matters—and your growth is our priority. Together, we build more than projects. We build futures.
