Job Description

We are building a semiconductor facility in North Phoenix and seeking an experienced Site Security Director to create, build, integrate, and manager security programs for our employees during all phases of our facility. The Director of Security oversees physical and digital security for production facilities, protecting assets, data, and people by developing strategies for physical security, compliance, managing teams, integrating security into product lifecycles, and mitigating threats to operational disruptions. They implement security policies, manage risk, ensure regulatory adherence, handle incident response, and bridging the full facility of operations

Responsibilities

• Build premier site security programs for our facility during construction and in production.
• Supervise a team of security officers, assign duties and responsibilities, and ensure that all officers are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
• Ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed and that call-offs are covered promptly
• Provide training and support to security officers, and conduct regular training sessions for existing staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Respond to emergencies and incidents on the property, document all incidents, and report them to the appropriate authorities
• Investigate all incidents and provide detailed reports to the client and management
• Ensure that all security equipment is maintained and in good working condition
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Conduct regular audits of security procedures and identify areas for improvement
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 10+ years of experience in corporate security, site security, or physical security management.
• Working security knowledge in both construction and manufacturing environments
• Experience with vendor program management to support construction and manufacturing
• Onsite work is required
