Location: Mostly remote. Initial focus: Caddo Frisco Westridge. HQ: Caddo Mapleshade.

About the Role

We're hiring a Director of Business Development to grow awareness and drive tours at our newest locations. You’ll focus on 2–3 buildings in lease-up, starting with Frisco Westridge.

This role is all about building local visibility through networking, community partnerships, social media, and hands-on support for our building teams. You're not cold-calling — you're out in the community, connecting the dots.

What You’ll Do

· Attend networking events in neighborhoods near new Caddo locations

· Bring in business-focused events (chambers, meetups, civic groups) to host at Caddo

· Help train building managers with local outreach and networking

· Post consistently about Caddo on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

What You Bring

· Experience generating top-of-funnel activity (tours, leads, referrals)

· Strong ties in Collin County, or willingness to build them fast

· Clear, confident communication and people skills

· Organized, self-motivated, and community-minded

· Hubspot experience is a plus

· Willing to attend networking events, sometimes early mornings or evenings

Compensation & Benefits

· $80,000 base salary

· Up to $40,000 in commissions if goals are met

· 3 weeks PTO
