One California ( If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to our community patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Opportunity Highlights** : + Full-time opportunity + Work in a collegial and supportive environment + Shareholder track opportunity + Generous two-year guarantee compensation - **_$240,000 - 260,000 annually_** with sign-on bonus and relocation incentives + Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, malpractice insurance, and a retirement plan. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children with developmental and behavioral concerns, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, and emotional disturbances. + Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. + Provide ongoing management and follow-up care for children with chronic developmental and behavioral conditions. + Offer guidance and support to parents and caregivers regarding behavioral strategies, educational resources, and community services. + Collaborate with schools, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care. + Stay current with research and best practices in developmental and behavioral pediatrics to provide evidence-based care. + Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of developmental and behavioral health issues. **Qualifications** + Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. + Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics; subspecialty certification in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics preferred. + Valid medical license to practice in California. + Strong clinical skills with experience in developmental and behavioral pediatrics. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and healthcare professionals. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. + Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families. **Overview** **Mercy Medical Group (MMG)** is a dynamic, growing organization with a long-standing history of providing exceptional medical care in the Sacramento area.
