Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Southeastern U.S. | Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly)

Overview:

We’re hiring a Data Scientist to develop predictive models, drive advanced analytics, and build data-driven applications that solve real business challenges. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on delivering high-impact insights in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and forecasting solutions
• Build data-driven applications that support business decision-making
• Lead pilot projects and transition successful models to production
• Design intuitive visualizations to communicate insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics that drive value

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science
• Strong forecasting experience (time series, predictive algorithms)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and a JVM-based language (Java or Scala)
• Experience with ML, NLP, and deploying models to production
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Retail industry experience required
