Job Description

Location: 15203 - 5x/week for training period then will transition to hybrid

• Training is 4-6 weeks.

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Health Information Systems, Economics, Math or related
• Will be flexible on degree if experience in data/healthcare data/analytical data pulling
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)

Plusses:

• Experience working with medical and/or Rx claims, enrollment, and other benefit or risk data
• ETL or SQL knowledge
• Extra-Curricular involvement

Day to day:

A Healthcare Analytics company in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking (3) Data Entry Associates. The candidates will be joining their Integration Analytics team being responsible for the successful implementation of vendor’s data into the platform. The goal of the Integration Analytics team is to produce quality data to be loaded into the platform and for the clients to be able to understand, interpret and act upon.

Day to Day:

• Interpret and analyze healthcare-related documents. For Example: Summary of benefits and coverage, Stop Loss, Group Structures, Rates and Contributions by coverage tier and plan, and fee structures .
• Accurately input healthcare data into proprietary software systems.
• Ensure data entry adheres to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission.
• Collaborate with internal teams for clarification or additional document details as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare information.
• Assist with resolving any data discrepancies or input errors.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks for data entry tasks.
