Job Title: Customer Support Advisor – Written Channels
Pay: $25/hour
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Start: Mid-October
End: Mid-January
Schedule: Hybrid, rotating shifts — must be available for all shifts
- 9:30am–6:30pm (in-office)
- 1:00pm–10:00pm (remote)
- Weekend availability required (weekends are work-from-home)
- Schedules will flex weekly. Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience through email, chat, text, and social media channels
- Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally with strong written communication skills
- Convert client inquiries into sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice
- Resolve customer issues efficiently (orders, returns, product info)
- Accurately log all interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, and detail
- 2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through digital channels
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
