Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep, 1 year Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients, for Remote.

Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Remote

Contract: 1 year - W-2

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr W2

Shift Schedule: Monday through Sunday - 5 days and flexible to work 8 hour shift between 9:00am - 9:00pm EST = 40 hours per week

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, within an 8:00am-5:00 window (typically 8:30am-5:00pm).

Job Description:

As a Bilingual English/Spanish Patient Service Rep you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels (including online, mobile and IVR) in a cross functional Contact Center.

This person will be responsible for:

• Telephone customer service
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Follow scripting tools, enter data as required, accurately
• Adhere to scheduled hours

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service background or medical scheduling
• Friendly and compassionate
• Detail oriented
• Follow scripting/directions/schedule
