Corporate Recruiter Role:

The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate departments as well as retail and field-based locations. This role partners closely with hiring managers across operations, marketing, finance, and leadership to identify needs, attract top talent, and maintain a robust pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and highly effective at recruiting across diverse role types in a fast paced, people-first environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, retail, and field-based positions

Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions

Support employer branding initiatives through well-crafted job ads and social engagement

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and source performance

Maintain compliance with hiring regulations, documentation standards, and internal policies

Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth and organized transition for new hires

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency

Corporate Recruiter Background Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing environments

Strong sourcing skills with hands-on ATS experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience designing or implementing structured interview processes

Recruiting experience in multi-location, franchise, or high-volume environments

Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing

Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in hiring KPIs and metrics

Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance practices
