Corporate Recruiter – Boston, MA

3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Ci Design, Inc. (Ci ) seeks dynamic and vibrant professionals who can share their unique talents and make their mark within our growing and highly collaborative architectural firm. We are active in several thriving markets and offer exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, and procurement. As our firm continues to expand across multiple offices and project types, we are seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to support our efforts to attract exceptional talent and strengthen the teams that drive Ci’s success.

In this role, the Corporate Recruiter supports the full recruitment lifecycle across all offices, disciplines and practice groups, focusing on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and delivering exceptional candidate onboarding experience.

Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain active talent pipelines across all practices and track candidate movement through each stage.
  • Assist with scheduling and preparing interview materials.
  • Track feedback from interview teams and update candidate status promptly.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing clear expectations regarding timelines, interview logistics, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate job postings and assist with onboarding coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple positions at once.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
