Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and support contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Genesys Cloud features, integrations, and APIs to deliver scalable and high-quality customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) contact center solutions
- Configure IVR, call flows, routing, queues, skills, and campaigns
- Develop and maintain Architect flows (Inbound, Outbound, Callbacks, Bots)
- Develop and manage Genesys Cloud CX APIs , data actions, and webhooks
- Configure and support Genesys Cloud reporting and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform
- Hands-on expertise with Architect, ACD, Routing, and IVR
- Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js / Python (for API integrations)
- Familiarity with AWS services (preferred, as Genesys Cloud runs on AWS)
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
- Understanding of Contact Center operations and call flows
