Finishing Specialist (Contract: 12/1/25 – 2/27/26)
We are looking for a skilled Finishing Specialist to handle color grading and finishing for video content. This role ensures that all video projects meet high-quality standards and align with the intended creative vision. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for color, strong technical skills, and experience working closely with editors and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Color Grading & Correction: Apply advanced color grading techniques to enhance visual storytelling and maintain consistency.
- Finishing & Delivery: Prepare final masters for broadcast, digital, and social platforms, ensuring technical quality and compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with editors, producers, and directors to achieve the desired look and feel.
- Quality Control: Review and troubleshoot color, exposure, and visual continuity issues before final delivery.
- Workflow Management: Keep project files organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Expertise: Operate industry-standard color grading tools and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
