Location: Billerica, MA
Pay: $72,800 - $93,000 annually (DOE)

Available Shifts

First Shift (Day)

  • Mon-Thu, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (4×10 schedule)
  • In winter: Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Second Shift (Evening)

  • Mon-Fri, 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

What You'll Do

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools, including multi‑axis lathes
  • Take raw material to finished components with minimal supervision
  • Apply current cutting tool technology and machining best practices
  • Read and interpret customer drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Determine machining parameters (speeds, feeds, tolerances, sequences)
  • Perform trial cuts and make adjustments to achieve precision results
  • Use measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, surface gauges, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems
  • Program using CAM software ( Fusion360 preferred; Mastercam also accepted )
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area while producing high‑quality parts

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. full-time
