Position Overview We’re seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee dispensing operations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This role also offers a growth path into compounding, pharmacogenomics, and functional medicine for those who want to expand their skills in advanced pharmacy practice. Work Schedule Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed 1 – 2 PM for lunch) Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Closed 12 – 12:30 PM for lunch) Weekends & Holidays: Off Paid holidays that fall during your normal workweek Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions in full compliance with federal and state laws. Deliver clinical and patient counseling services to optimize therapy outcomes. Perform point-of-care testing and test-to-treat per Kentucky Board of Pharmacy protocols. Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare partners to improve patient outcomes. Maintain documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards. (Optional / growth area) Participate in compounding, pharmacogenomics, and functional medicine programs as training progresses.
