Job Opportunity: Claims Coordinator

Location: Mason, OH 45040

Contract Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $17.85/hour (W2).

About the Role:

We are seeking a Claims Coordinator to support medically necessary contact lens claims processing for EyeMed. This is a temporary position requiring accurate and efficient manual claims processing and data entry.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately process standard claims and adjustments in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure consistent quality and productivity while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in non-complex claims projects and initiatives.
• Quickly adapt to changes in processing due to new plans or benefit designs.
• Provide strong customer service and clear communication with account managers and internal teams.
• Proactively collaborate with your supervisor if performance improvements are needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-1 year of claims processing or data entry experience.
• Knowledge of PCs and spreadsheet applications (Excel, Access).
• Basic knowledge of claims adjudication processes.
• Familiarity with EyeMed claims systems (Metastorm, Exclaim, EyeNet) is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
