Diverse Marketing is a top-tier manufacturer’s representative group, partnering with a wide range of vendors to help bring innovative products to leading retailers like Walmart. With continued growth in our Bentonville, AR office , we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Business Manager to support our team and help us operate at peak efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Business Manager is a key support role, responsible for both office operations and product/item data management . This person will ensure the Bentonville office runs smoothly day-to-day while also managing complex item creation and online content for product listings. Ideal candidates will be proactive, organized, and able to juggle both administrative tasks and data-focused responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support:

• Manage sample receiving and organization.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming office environment (including kitchen supplies).
• Coordinate and order team lunches and supplies as needed.
• Deliver product samples to Walmart or local meetings as required.
• Act as a liaison for office vendors and service providers.

Product & Item Management:

• Manage complex item creation processes for multiple vendors.
• Create, edit, and maintain item content for online listings including imagery, copy, and specifications.
• Work closely with the account team to ensure product data is accurate, optimized, and submitted on time.
• Troubleshoot item setup and content issues with vendors and retailer portals.
• Maintain item databases and ensure all information is up to date and organized.

Qualifications:

• Experience with item creation and item content for Walmart is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in Excel, content management systems, and retailer item setup portals (e.g., Walmart Item 360).
• Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation (for occasional local errands and deliveries).
• In office 5 days a week for sample receiving.
