Barista - Trilogy at Monarch Dunes (Nipomo, CA).

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Pay Rate: $16.50/Hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
• Learn and follow recipes for various coffee drinks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
