JCW is partnered with a global re/insurer looking to add an experienced AVP, Senior Claims Analyst with deep expertise in Professional Liability and complex claims handling. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a broad portfolio of moderate to highly complex claims, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to underwriters, actuaries, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience handling Professional Lines (re)insurance claims.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. legal systems and re/insurance frameworks.
• Familiarity with claims audits, reserving practices, and market interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Professional Liability claims, including high-complexity cases.
• Support handling of casualty and property claims across U.S. reinsurance operations.
• Conduct and lead claims audits, and ensure claims are reserved and processed per company standards.
