Responsibilities:
You will focus on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion-dollar technology market leaders.
Candidates must have at least two years of ECVC experience, preferably at a comparable law firm.Candidates must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, quantitative and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
