Associate Attorney – Construction Law, Professional Liability, Business, and Insurance

In-Person, Full-Time, (Dallas, TX)

About the Role

Our growing construction law practice is seeking licensed Texas attorneys with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Dallas, TX. Our office is conveniently located near SMU.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on strategy, case management, and client interaction.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development through structured mentoring and real-time feedback.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, ideally in a litigation-focused practice.

Required Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in commercial litigation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Texas civil litigation procedures and court systems.
