Job Title: Assistant to the Founder
Location: Tampa, FL (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability: Must be occasionally available on weekends (on-call as needed)
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support the founder of a growing company in Tampa, FL. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in business and excited to grow their career by learning directly from an entrepreneur.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to become the right hand to a founder , with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time. The founder is committed to mentoring the right person into a high-level role within the company.
