Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions + Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries + Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation + Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems + Support month-end and year-end closing activities + Perform data entry and handle administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: + Previous experience in an accounting support role preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Proficiency in financial software; NetSuite experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. - Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interactions. - Access to a personal laptop for remote work. - Availability to work during East Coast hours.
